A new leadership appointment has been announced within the Tompolo Solidarity Forum, as Comrade Okiriji Hope has been named the Ondo State Coordinator of the group.

The announcement was contained in a press release dated April 26, 2026, and issued by the Chairman of the forum, Prince Ubula. According to the statement, the appointment takes immediate effect.

Comrade Okiriji Hope, who previously served as Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Ward 3 in Ese-Odo Local Government Area, is also identified as a serving senator in the IYC Parliament representing Arogbo in Ondo State.

The Tompolo Solidarity Forum, a political support group, expressed confidence in Okiriji’s capacity to effectively coordinate its activities across Ondo State, particularly in advancing its organizational objectives.

The statement concluded with congratulations to the appointee, reaffirming the forum’s commitment to strengthening its structure at the state level.

One Feared Dead, Another Injured in Ghastly Accident in Agadagba-Obon By NigerDelta Voice Reporters, Ondo State Correspondent. 24th November, 2025 A tragic motor accident occurred earlier today in Agadagba-Obon, leaving one person dead and another severely injured. The deceased, identified simply as Help , reportedly lost his life after the vehicle involved in the incident somersaulted multiple times. Another occupant, identified as Philip Ojuri , sustained injuries and was rushed to a nearby medical facility for urgent treatment. Eyewitnesses said the accident happened suddenly, throwing the victims from the vehicle as it overturned. The cause of the crash is yet to be officially confirmed, but community members have called for caution on the increasingly dangerous route. Local authorities are expected to begin investigations into the incident.
