The management of NigerDelta Voice (NDV) has paid glowing tribute to renowned Niger Delta statesman and peace advocate, Snr. High Chief Hon. (Dr.) Kingsley Kemebradigha Kuku, as he marks his birthday.

In separate congratulatory messages released on Friday, the CEO of NigerDelta Voice, Mr. Tonwerigha Saturday, and the Chief Publisher of NDV, Comr. Abama Tunemi, described Hon. Kuku as an outstanding leader whose contributions to peace, development and regional stability have earned him a lasting place in the history of the Niger Delta.

Speaking on behalf of the organisation, Mr. Tonwerigha Saturday hailed the celebrant as “not just a man, but a movement,” stressing that Hon. Kuku’s life reflects uncommon courage, patriotism, and dedication to the Niger Delta cause.

According to him, Hon. Kuku has remained a consistent voice for the people, especially in the areas of youth empowerment, conflict resolution and inclusive governance, adding that his role in promoting peace and stability in the region stands out as one of his greatest legacies.

“Hon. Kuku’s leadership has never been driven by selfish ambition. It has always been about service and commitment to humanity. His name resonates beyond political offices and titles. He has continued to stand as a defender of the Niger Delta struggle and a promoter of progress,” the CEO stated.

Also speaking, the Chief Publisher of NigerDelta Voice, Comr. Abama Tunemi, described the celebrant as “the Architect of Modern Arogbo,” noting that Hon. Kuku’s influence and developmental drive have contributed immensely to the growth and transformation of Arogbo Kingdom.

Tunemi said Hon. Kuku’s impact extends beyond politics, as he has remained a respected traditional figure and a symbol of pride to the Ijaw nation and the Niger Delta region.

Hon. Kuku, who has held several strategic positions in the course of his public service, was once the National Mobilization Officer of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), served as a Member of the Ondo State House of Assembly, and later became Special Adviser to former President Goodluck Jonathan, where he also served as Chairman of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP).

He is also widely recognised as The Mighty Rock (Agbagbatuwa Poye) of Arogbo Kingdom, and has been credited with supporting and facilitating key development initiatives, including the ongoing construction of a 1000-seater pavilion by the Bayelsa State Government, as well as the solar electrification of several communities in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.

NigerDelta Voice noted that Hon. Kuku’s legacy remains a shining example of leadership rooted in service, peace-building and community development, describing him as a man whose influence continues to inspire younger generations across the region.

The organisation concluded by praying for God’s continued blessings upon the celebrant, wishing him long life, renewed strength and greater wisdom in the years ahead.

“Hon. Kingsley Kemebradigha Kuku is not just a leader of yesterday, but a pillar of today and a hope for tomorrow,” the statement added.
