𝗕𝗬 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗧𝗔 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘, 22𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗯. 2026.

The Ward Congress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has produced Comrade Uguozi Frank Tuwa as the newly elected Ward Chairman of Arogbo Ward III in Ese-Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.

His emergence came at the end of the party’s nationwide ward congress conducted across the 774 local government areas of Nigeria — an exercise widely commended by stakeholders and observers as credible, peaceful, free, fair, and transparent. The congress is part of the APC’s broader internal restructuring aimed at strengthening grassroots leadership and reinforcing internal democratic values.

It would be recalled that Comr. Uguozi Frank was formerly a notable leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ese-Odo Local Government before defecting to the APC. Since his defection, he has remained actively involved in mobilization efforts and party-building activities within the ward and beyond — a move many political watchers say has significantly bolstered the APC’s grassroots appeal in Arogbo.

Speaking shortly after being declared Chairman-elect, Comr. Frank expressed deep appreciation to party faithful, ward executives, and delegates for the confidence reposed in him.

“I am deeply grateful to the voters of Arogbo Ward III, our dedicated APC ward leaders, and every stakeholder who placed their confidence in me to lead the affairs of our great party at the ward level,” he said. “This victory is not mine alone; it belongs to every loyal party member who believes in progress and collective growth.”

He commended the electoral committee for ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the process, noting that the peaceful conduct of the congress demonstrates the party’s commitment to unity and internal democracy.

The Chairman-elect pledged to run an inclusive and result-oriented administration anchored on unity, grassroots mobilization, and strategic engagement. He assured members that under his leadership, Arogbo Ward III would experience renewed energy, improved coordination, and strengthened participation in party activities.

Comr. Frank also promised to consolidate on the achievements of previous leadership while introducing fresh initiatives aimed at deepening party structures, expanding membership base, and positioning the ward for future electoral successes.
