A former member of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Asari Dokubo, has disclosed his past affiliation with the Christian denomination, confirming that he once worshipped and actively participated in church activities.

According to the disclosure, the individual was part of the congregation during a period when the church emphasized strict adherence to biblical teachings, moral discipline, and spiritual growth, in line with the core doctrines of the Deeper Life Bible Church worldwide.

The revelation highlights the 𝐇𝐑𝐌 𝐃𝐨𝐤𝐮𝐛𝐨'𝐬 religious background and personal faith journey, underscoring the role the church played in shaping values, character, and worldview during that time.

While no longer a member of the congregation, he acknowledged the influence of the church’s teachings on his early spiritual development.

Deeper Life Bible Church, founded by Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, is known for its conservative Christian doctrine and strong emphasis on holiness, Bible study, and personal discipline, with branches across Nigeria and beyond.

The statement has since drawn attention to discussions around faith, personal transformation, and the diverse religious experiences of individuals within the Niger Delta region.

One Feared Dead, Another Injured in Ghastly Accident in Agadagba-Obon By NigerDelta Voice Reporters, Ondo State Correspondent. 24th November, 2025 A tragic motor accident occurred earlier today in Agadagba-Obon, leaving one person dead and another severely injured. The deceased, identified simply as Help , reportedly lost his life after the vehicle involved in the incident somersaulted multiple times. Another occupant, identified as Philip Ojuri , sustained injuries and was rushed to a nearby medical facility for urgent treatment. Eyewitnesses said the accident happened suddenly, throwing the victims from the vehicle as it overturned. The cause of the crash is yet to be officially confirmed, but community members have called for caution on the increasingly dangerous route. Local authorities are expected to begin investigations into the incident.
