𝗕𝘆 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗮 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲,

The Nigerian Army has commenced a massive and coordinated military operation across the Sambisa Forest, with troops currently capturing and securing all major sections of the notorious hideout formerly occupied by insurgent groups.
According to military sources, the ongoing offensive involves ground troops, special forces, and sustained aerial support aimed at flushing out remaining terrorists, dismantling camps, and reclaiming territories deep within the forest. The operation is described as one of the most decisive actions in recent times against insurgency in the North-East.
Field reports indicate that several terrorist enclaves have been overrun, weapons and logistics seized, while suspected insurgents are either neutralized or forced to flee under heavy military pressure. Troops are also conducting clearance and stabilization operations to ensure the forest does not serve as a regrouping base for extremists.
The Nigerian Army reaffirmed its commitment to restoring lasting peace, assuring citizens that the operation will continue until Sambisa Forest is completely secured and all threats eliminated. Residents in surrounding communities have been urged to remain calm and cooperate with security agencies by providing credible intelligence.
This development marks a significant milestone in Nigeria’s counter-insurgency campaign and underscores the military’s renewed resolve to end terrorism and restore normalcy across the region.

The deceased, identified simply as Help , reportedly lost his life after the vehicle involved in the incident somersaulted multiple times. Another occupant, identified as Philip Ojuri , sustained injuries and was rushed to a nearby medical facility for urgent treatment. Eyewitnesses said the accident happened suddenly, throwing the victims from the vehicle as it overturned. The cause of the crash is yet to be officially confirmed, but community members have called for caution on the increasingly dangerous route.
