The quiet town of Arogbo stood still in reverent reflection as Pastor Mail Lulu Ogo-Oluwa of the Deeper Life Bible Church answered the heavenly call , closing the final chapter of a life beautifully written by faith, sacrifice, and unwavering obedience to God.

Like a candle that burned steadily until its last breath, Pastor Ogo-Oluwa lived not for applause but for divine approval. For decades, he laboured in the vineyard of the Lord, preaching the undiluted word, shepherding souls, and standing as a watchman upon the walls—faithful, steadfast, and uncompromising in truth. His life was a sermon; his footsteps, a lesson in holiness; his legacy, a seed sown in many hearts.

Pastor Ogo-Oluwa was one of the founding father Of Deeper Life Bible Church, Arogbo and a preacher of the gospel. His Favorite hymn was 'Jesus only is Our message'

To honour his transition, a massive and deeply memorable Christian wake-keep service was held, drawing ministers of the Gospel, church members, friends, and well-wishers from far and near. The atmosphere was charged not with despair, but with solemn joy—songs of Zion filled the air, prayers rose like incense, and testimonies flowed like a river, recounting the mighty works God accomplished through His servant. It was a celebration of victory, not defeat; of rest, not loss.

In a moment that has since become a powerful testimony, Pastor Mail Lulu Ogo-Oluwa was seen smiling in his final moments, a gentle smile that spoke louder than words—of peace with God, of assurance of salvation, and of a pilgrim finally home. Many described it as the smile of a saint who had fought the good fight, finished the race, and kept the faith.

Though his physical voice is now silent, his message continues to echo. His departure leaves a vacuum, yet heaven rejoices, for another soldier has laid down his armour and received the crown of righteousness.

Indeed, “Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.” Pastor Mail Lulu Ogo-Oluwa has not died; he has merely crossed from labour to reward, from time into eternity, resting safely in the bosom of his Master.
